Eagle-I is our cut plate inspection system. It uses multi-channel state of the art cameras to see all the standard defects, with greater accuracy, discrimination and categorisation.
TG cold end thickness gauge and stress.
A high-end, solid mechanical design that enables consistent and reliable thickness and stress measurements, with software focused on providing the data required to make the correct decisions.
AG mirror glass inspection system.
Our mirror inspection system is typically located at the silvering point, providing immediate feedback on silver layer defects such as pin holes.
IQ interleavant powder measurement.
IQ provides a consistent, reliable and safe means of measuring interleavant powder coverage at a frequent interval: particles, area coverage, mass and density, by particle type.
