Eagle-I 4.0 cut plate vision system
The newest generation of the cut plate inspection system family has been designed based on customer feedback and uses multi-channel state of the art cameras to see all the standard defects, with greater accuracy, discrimination and categorization.
A new modular LED light unit offers the same high performance and reliability as our standard unit, at a lower energy and maintenance cost. The overall system uses a smaller footprint as shop floor space is at a premium.
TG cold end thickness and stress measurement
A high-end, solid mechanical design to enable consistent and reliable thickness and stress measurements, with software focused on providing the data required to make the correct decisions.
